Healing from over-eating and food cravings!

I just have to say all Glory to God thank you Jesus. HE IS loving me out of this bondage.
But at first I have to admit that I thought I wasnt ready for the deliverance process my mother tongue isnt english and therefore I also thought this could also be a hindrance but I am so thankfull for the brothers and sisters in Christ helping me on setting me free and the Lord knows on how I ment it.
I was struggeling with Gluttony it was hard for me to stop eating or just eating the wrong foods at the wrong time (chocolate in the middle of the night etc.).
Now after some weeks later I am realising the Lord had taken away the  cravings on sugar and different kind of unhealthy foods but also overeating which was the hardest struggle. I started to change the way I eat from unhealthy to healthy and not having the need for more after I finish eating. But what really astonishes me is of how wonderful easy it is for me to say no to more meat, more cake or chocolate someone offers me, really I was surprised hahaha. This is a relief!
Also my mindset changed I know that theres still some waight I wanna loose but on a lower stress level though ;). I am still a work in progress inbetween I am fighting a couple times against the enemies tricks and lies but I see that as a good spiritualwarfare training lol. All Glory to Jesus Christ HE IS my strenght and HIS Love conquers ALL. Thank you for this ministry 🙂 GOD BLESS YOU!!!
